I am trying to make a payment and cannot log into the portal.


To log in, you will need to have your Payment ID number, which you should have received in the welcome email we sent you, along with the last four digits of your social security number. Please click here to login.




How can I check my balance?


Your balance is located under the Account Information, which can be found near the top left of the payment portal webpage.




How do I view my upcoming payments and payment history?


Once you log into the payment portal, you can make a payment and view your balance. One of our Client Care Specialists would be happy to provide you a schedule of your upcoming payments and receipts for your previous payments. Can I update my payment method via the portal?

Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm MST.




What credit bureaus do you report to?


We report to Transunion and Equifax monthly.
